Piper Bowling Competes against multiple teams in UKC tournament

Piper competed in a Baker Tournament yesterday with seven other schools. These schools included Olathe North, Olathe West, Olathe Northwest, Olathe East, Olathe South, Sumner Academy, and Bonner Springs. The Baker format is a team-based bowling event. Five bowlers complete each game together. Each of the five is responsible for two different frames of the game. These can either be the first and sixth, second and seventh, third and eighth, fourth and ninth, or fifth and tenth frames. 

Overall, Piper bowlers did well at this competitive meet. Varsity Girls scored in the top four while Varsity Boys scored in the top six. They were competitive throughout the tournament and did a great job with picking up spares.
